OUR STORY
Roma Coffee started as an idea that brought together the most interesting and unique partnership between four poker professionals. Their partnership started two years ago when they purchased Roma Deli on Spring Mountain. One of the owners wanted to expand the brand and eventually open a coffee shop with the same great quality as Roma Deli but with the feel of a European style cafe. After months of planning and building, Roma Coffee was brought to fruition and opened on August 7th of 2018 featuring Lavazza Coffee and an impressive menu for a small Italian cafe.

Each of the owners come from a very diverse background. Todd Brunson, who is an American professional poker player, is originally from Texas. It was not until Todd was studying Law at Texas Tech University that he learned to play poker and turned professional. Todd has participated in numerous cash games throughout his career and won a bracelet in the 2005 World Series of Poker.
The other half of the Brunson ownership team is Todd's beautiful wife Anjela Brunson. Born and raised in Russia, Anjela comes from four generations of performers in the Moscow State Circus. She moved to the United States in 1999 and learned to play poker as well from her husband.
